DIGITAL PRODUCT MARKETING SPECIALIST

WHAT YOU’LL DO

GROW | Success for your role comes down to positive month-to-month growth of our digital product suite (ecommerce learning products) and our agency’s membership program, ADmission.

At the core, you are an obsessive content marketer that understands the dance between free content, gated content, and paid content, combined with effective multi-channel sales copy, to create a full-funnel strategy that drives highly qualified leads and successfully nurtures those through customer acquisition. 

EXECUTE | You’ll develop strategic plans and tactical recommendations for creating, launching, and improving evergreen sales and webinar funnels. You incessantly investigate performance and are constantly adapting your strategy based on statistical outcomes.

CLOSE | You are passionate about attaining your targets and closing sales with care and confidence. You’ve negotiated deals, have handled the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and are relentless in finding a way to get the deal done to reach sales targets. 

 
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE 
  • Consistent attainment of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Forecasting and hitting desired customer acquisition costs and revenue benchmarks
  • Ideating, executing and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns as needed to reach defined goals
  • Closing warm leads via booked sales calls
  • Writing and deploying sales emails and landing page copy
  • Writing and concepting effective ads across multiple channels (Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn, Messenger, SMS etc.)
  • Analyzing the data and coming up with new tests to increase overall ROI of the funnel
  • Growing and managing email list and sales automation strategy
  • Managing promotional partnerships and joint ventures, focused on growing membership program

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Experience in digital advertising, focused on email and paid acquisition growth for online courses and/or membership training programs.
  • Experience in generating sales for a digital product business, including launches and evergreen sales funnels.
  • Understanding of the direct-to-consumer entrepreneurial market is a plus
  • Ideally, some understanding of: ConvertKit, Hubspot, Kajabi, Shopify, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Sheets
  • Proven ability to plan, develop, execute, and optimize lead gen paid advertising campaigns for digital products (courses and membership programs).
  • Data-driven with a consumer-first focus. You have a track record of using analytics to provide strategic recommendations for driving growth.
  • Solid understanding of marketing research and consumer psychology. 
  • Successful track record of consistently hitting sales quotas.
  • Results-oriented with strong people and time management skills, highly organized, motivated and driven to exceed sales targets.

 

WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?

SALARY RANGE

  • $70,000 - $75,000 base salary, annually
  • Bonus Structure | 10% of base salary
