About Digital Transformation

We help biopharma companies conceptualize their digital transformation strategy, develop roadmaps, and implement them through a human-centered approach that enhances patient outcomes, customer satisfaction, and business impacts. We offer services and digital products/platforms anchored in strategic thinking, data, analytics, and technology, as well as transforming ways of working.

 

As Program Management Specialist, you will:

  • Manage business and technology-oriented transformation projects/programs from concept to completion in support of our clients
  • Lead all facets of the program management process, including budget, integrated activity plans with milestones/goals, timelines, quality, risk, and scenario planning, as appropriate
  • Be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving all activities related to the design, implementation, and support of a program
  • Build and operationalize templates and cadences for Project, Budget, Dependency, Resource, and Risk & Issue Management
  • Collaborate with the internal and external stakeholders to develop the program roadmap and translate it into actionable tasks
  • Publish, and continuously refine program roadmap
  • Manage documentation for and present updates on Kick-off, Milestone Updates, and Closure to program teams and stakeholders
  • Keep all team members on track and informed on status, issues, and action items
  • Help ensure success of the program through careful analysis and effective communication
  • Be empowered to establish and implement standards and practices to ensure the highest degree of efficiency
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing feedback and status updates in a timely manner
  • Assist program leadership with monitoring performance and progress against plans and requirements as well as in the identification and resolution of issues impacting program cost, schedule, and/or performance
  • Have regular interactions with Subject Matter Experts to ensure the program is progressing according to plan per expectations
  • Monitor the progress of work being done by 3rd party vendors or contractors to ensure that it meets specifications set by the clients
  • Incorporate agile, innovative, and adaptable project/program management methods to increase the success of transformation projects/programs

Qualifications:

  • Manager level or above with 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience
  • Project Management Professional Certification is preferred
  • Experience with adjusting to shifting priorities and solving problems quickly
  • Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
  • Knowledge of financial and project risk management practices and their applications
  • Experience with project management tools is a must
  • Experience with building relationships through strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Experience leading large transformational programs, especially in digital transformation, is a plus
  • Ability to travel to the work location ~10 days a month

Base salary is $100,000-$140,000.
