The opportunity:
We’re looking for a strategic thinker and dexterous communicator who can shape and promote our story, educate the market on the business value of social, and make things happen at one of the world’s fastest-growing tech companies.


You’ll have the opportunity to drive Sprinklr’s corporate communications strategy globally while managing a talented team responsible for corporate positioning, media and influencer relations, executive communications, customer stories, and community.


The ideal candidate will be a brilliant and creative strategist with the organizational skills and experience to lead, as well as the expert skills and high-value relationships required to handle day-to-day execution.

Reporting directly to Sprinklr’s head of corporate marketing and communications, you’ll be a senior member of a world-class, growing team that oversees Sprinklr’s corporate brand, content marketing, events, and corporate communications. You’ll also serve as a strategic partner to the company’s executive team and marketing department.

        Design and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with the global marketing plan and broader business strategy.

        Oversee global PR efforts and bring Sprinklr’s story to life while building relationships with the press and influencers shaping the future of enterprise software.

        Distill and codify Sprinklr’s corporate message stack, bringing a compelling and clear point-of-view throughout a global organization and cementing it in the market.

        Develop and drive an executive communications strategy and thought leadership program underpinned by content, speaking opportunities, etc.

        Lead an innovative social media and community-building strategy in a world that’s been reshaped by connectivity.


        8-10 years’ experience in corporate communications or public relations, preferably with expertise in enterprise software, B2B / marketing technology, and/or social.

        A strategic thinker, communicator, writer, and storyteller who can turn technical capabilities into clear, concise, and compelling benefits for enterprises and consumers.

        A confident, effective, objective-oriented leader who can manage up and down an organization, drive multiple complex projects simultaneously, and produce under tight deadlines.

        A proactive, organized, self-directed work ethic, positive attitude, and almost-obsessive attention to detail.
