Jam City is building out its Creative Product Marketing team to develop industry-leading ad creative and creative campaign operations.
You have a deep understanding of the core narrative and artistic elements of what makes ad creative successful, understands the full-funnel journey from ad creative to in-game monetization and can effectively influence cross functional teams and make key creative strategy decisions in an environment with imperfect data and ambiguity.
REQUIREMENTS
Develop portfolio ad creative strategy-framework optimizing top and bottom user funnel metrics (IPM, CPI, Retention, Monetization) for key JC titles
Communicate at different stakeholder altitude levels; you can speak high-level strategy and tactics at an executive level and flesh out nuanced details with on-the-ground stakeholders
Experience managing emerging talent; hire, coach, and develop a creative product marketing team from the ground up that raises the bar of creative science excellence in the industry
Quickly & strategically adapt and fast-follow evolving creative market trends and apply them to each title
Inspire and influence marketing art team to develop ad creative achieving marketing KPIs and ROAS targets
Strategize industry-leading creative operations systems with Data Science to improve creative reporting, creative cost-benefit analysis, and creative output optimization
Lead Creative Testing: pioneer creative testing strategy and execution, scale factoring top and bottom funnel user journeys
Establish yourself as a cross-functional thought leader and influence cross-functional marketing (ASO, Social, Product, Brand etc) creative direction through performance marketing ad creative learnings
REQUIREMENTS
6-10+ years of experience ideally in a performance marketing-oriented environment
2-4+ years of management experience
Must be willing to work primarily PST hours with real-time communication
Always seeks to understand the “Why” behind everything - constantly apply internal and external learnings to creative operations and output
Expert cross-functional communicator: speaks the language of artists, performance, and brand marketers
Passionate about the mobile gaming space and creative trends
Proactive in nature and generally curious
Mobile performance marketing experience a huge plus
Experience with hyper-casual mobile game developers/ad creative a huge plus
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation for this role. The range listed is just one component of Jam City's total compensation package for employees, which may also include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, or market demands. This range is based on a full-time position. This range may be modified in the future. In addition, Jam City provides a variety of benefits to employees, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan, life, disability, and accident insurance. Pay Range: $118,000 — $180,000 base salary per year.
