INGENIA | Talent Solutions has been retained to assist everis on the search & selection of a Director, IT Transformation based in Arlington, VA

In the US, everis was established in 2010, with presence in Virginia, Alabama and Massachusetts and a focus on banking, insurance and healthcare companies, as well as government agencies.  Based on Arlington, VA, we are looking for a Director, IT Transformation to lead our IT Transformation consulting engagements specialized in the Public Sector & Federal Government.

Going more granular, you will take the leadership in two main different areas:
Business Development
Lead client negotiations and market development activities, managing proposal development activities (including technical for new and existing business opportunities
Execute market strategies for established strategic organizations
Identify new business opportunities within a given client community
Match client problems to services and business segment capabilities
Build everis brand and cultivate trust-based relationships with everis clients
Client / Account Management
Budget, forecast, plan and apply project follow-up methodologies
Understand the capabilities and direction of the client delivery team
Assess and manage risks and issues, making adjustments as needed
Lead complex software application implementations
