Director, Measurement Partnerships is responsible for establishing and growing xAd’s partnerships in the measurement space. You will own these partnerships beginning to end, and be responsible for ensuring internal and external stakeholders are supported and that the strategy delivers on objectives.

You will:

  • Provide thought leadership on the location measurement space and collaborate on setting xAd’s strategy.
  • Establish deep partnerships with key companies within the space, leveraging xAd’s location technology.
  • Lead day to day management of partners, and support partner integration efforts with xAd technology.
  • Collaborate with partners to build unique, scalable offerings that advance customer business and offer differentiation for xAd and research partners.
  • Educate internal stakeholders on partner offerings, and partner with marketing on supporting materials.

You are:

  • Experienced in start-up environments, and able to operate and excel within a fast-paced team.
  • An assertive leader with confident perspective on the research landscape.
  • Collaborative by nature and can work productively across functional groups to achieve a common goal.
  • Willing to push research partners and help them uncover the mutual benefits in innovation and partnership with xAd.

You have:

  • BA/BS business or analytics degree, MBA a plus.
  • 7-10 years experience in business development roles within the measurement space.
  • Demonstrated track record of building relationships and closing revenue-driving deals.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization and across different internal and external teams.
  • Deep understanding of advertising and mobile measurement solutions.
  • Demonstrated analysis and written/verbal communication skills.
