Director, Media Planning (Remote)

As Director, Media Planner, you will be able to demonstrate a track record of strong consultative insights, internally and externally, as well as display the necessary leadership to drive E-commerce marketing results at scale. You will thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, develop, and manage effective AMS (Amazon Marketing Services)/E-commerce strategies
  • Showcase your knowledge of Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, etc., and the E-commerce landscape to provide innovative and integrated strategies and recommendations to reach and surpass client goals
  • Help ensure the E-commerce Search and DSP strategies are delivered in a professional, comprehensive form with insights and recommended actions
  • Improve processes that will streamline operations, improve performance, and maximize team output
  • Drive thought leadership across the commerce landscape, both internally and externally
  • Analyze performance data and site analytics to develop insights for use in quarterly and annual business reviews
  • Oversee a team responsible for implementation of strategies across Search and DSP
  • Establish R&R, Process, and Best Practices
  • Closely manage project plans, launch plans, our scope of work, and delivery timelines
  • Interface with and present to senior clients on regular basis

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 6-8 years of relevant paid E-commerce experience or related media planning experience required, with focus on team leadership and client management
  • Knowledge of AMS a must
  • Fortune 100 client facing strategic experience preferred
  • Strong data analytics and strategy background
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork.
  • Exhibit passion through appropriate participation in team, agency, and industry initiatives
