McBeard is seeking a Director of Analytics & Insights to lead the development and evolution of analytics and insights across our agency. Innovative, audience-first creative is at the heart of everything we do. You will be responsible for setting standards for social media effectiveness, brand impact, and creative insights -- through the lens of listening, reporting, and analysis across organic and paid social media content.
Our Director of Analytics will also build a team focused on data-driven creative and strategy across our growing agency.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years previous experience at a social media or digital marketing agency and is confident in his/her ability to lead a team of analysts in translating data into meaningful insights to the client, account and creative teams.
