We are looking for a Director of Caregiver Recruiting to lead our in-house team of talented high-volume recruiters as we continue to scale and grow.

You are the type of leader who motivates and supports your team around a central mission. You can inspire but you aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and get in the weeds. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be in the trenches with your team, recruiting, laying down process, and serving as their advocate with senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a national team of Caregiver Recruiters, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and professional development.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives, with the goal of reaching deeper into the tight-knit caregiver community within our territories
  • Reimagine the onboarding and orientation process for a mobile workforce, and design a world-class experience for new caregiver hires
  • Own the metrics for the Caregiver Recruiting team, including: pipeline, time to hire, utilization, and retention, while also developing other useful KPIs
  • Work cross-functionally with all departments in Hometeam to help solve the puzzle of caregiver utilization

Desired qualifications:

  • 10-15 years recruiting experience, including experience in field recruiting ideally in hospitality, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, or other industries with a distributed workforce
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a recruiting team, ideally including some remote management
  • Demonstrated leadership & people management with high EQ and communication skills
  • Track record of running a high recruiting volume and owning and designing metrics and process
  • Comfortable switching between high-level, strategic business objectives and specific, tangible, day-to-day operations
  • Invigorated by the energy and pace of a startup and willing to dive in and get hands-on to solve problems
