We are looking for our first Director of Customer Experience. This person will own, drive and continuously improve our customer experience; ultimately building trust and extending the life of those relationships. Leading our Customer Service teams, you will manage and optimize the workflow of our customer operations to ensure it's ongoing success. The Director of Customer Experience will also act as the voice of our customer and gain data driven insight into feedback, turning those into actionable outcomes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
