We’re hiring a Director of Demand Generation to help us build on our continued success and take us to the next level.

Who are we?

You know those annoying marketing messages you get every day. Well they're only going to get worse unless someone does something about it. Ometria's purpose is to help retailers create marketing experiences their customers will love.

We use data to truly understand each customer, and make sure that their experiences are ones they truly find valuable. We do this right now for 200 of the fastest growing retail brands, from Made.com to Hotel Chocolat, and for 200 million individual people across the world. We have (rather empty) offices based in London, New York and Southampton, and have raised over £25m from leading VCs like Octopus and Summit.

What will you be doing?

Reporting to the VP Marketing, you will lead all demand generation and marketing funnel optimisation efforts as well as managing our performance marketing and acquisition through paid media (paid social, search, PPC, content partnerships, sponsorships). You’ll be responsible for attracting a tightly defined target audience of ideal customers through a best-in-class ABM strategy.

Some of your day to day will include:

  • Driving key business metrics, notably Marketing Qualified Accounts (MQAs), and opportunities
  • Overseeing our website, landing pages and well as some of our earned media outlets that make up our digital footprint online (e.g. review sites).
  • Reporting on channel effectiveness, delivering insights that maximise both performance and the cut-through of Ometria’s value proposition and GTM
  • Managing the setup and execution of all paid campaigns
  • Researching and test partnerships with new vendors
  • Collaborating with the rest of the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs
  • Building a strong working relationship with the wider Revenue team


A bit about you:

  • Experienced

You have experience, ideally clientside B2B SaaS, in a similar position driving significant revenue growth and delivering on opportunity generation targets.

  • Marketing Expertise

You have in-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising. You are an ABM expert and end to end marketing.

  • Analytical

You can extract meaning from data and use this to optimize an approach and forecast.

  • Research

Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
