For our Boston office, located in the heart of Fort Point, we are looking for a Director/Manager of Demand Generation to manage and coordinate our paid media campaigns, manage marketing operations, funnel programs, and coordinate demand generation activity with the sales team.

This unique position is a great opportunity for an energetic and open-minded senior professional to effectively combine quantitative and qualitative data and make informed decisions on growth navigation.

You will work closely with the VP of Demand Generation to ensure that our goals for growth are being met, identify new ways to get in front of potential customers and grow the top of the funnel.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with sales to get feedback on leads, assure the right leads are getting prioritized and communicate new lead sources and what they mean
  • Develop and deliver new campaign ideas to warm up new and existing leads
  • Identify potential new channels at top and middle of the funnel to create opportunities to grow leads
  • Drive implementation and management of Pardot marketing automation system
  • Build out weekly and monthly dashboards which the marketing team will be measured on
  • Build lead and revenue forecasts
  • Integration of CPC and SEO methodologies is a nice-to-have
