Director of Digital Marketing

Treasure is excited to welcome our first marketing hire to our growing team! We are looking for a growth-oriented Director of Digital Marketing who thrives in a start-up environment and has demonstrated success delivering multi-channel GTM strategies that generate viral user acquisition and exceeding targets across marketing campaigns. As the first hire, you’ll work closely with Product, Design and Sales to build out Treasure’s digital marketing program. The ideal candidate holds experience developing marketing strategy from the ground up, expanding into numerous channels and attracting multiple customers types. You are equal parts strategic and tactical, and you will report to the company’s CEO.


  • Develop, execute and own Treasure’s B2B marketing strategy for user acquisition
  • Design and develop tactics that drive SEO/SEM
  • Create engagement strategies and execute metric-driven campaigns across web and social media that optimize lead generation, client engagement and conversion
  • Develop quantitative testing process that continually increases the conversion while decreasing CAC
  • Increase landing page conversion across customer types, in collaboration with Product 
  • Direct and create marketing materials across all channels, in partnership with Design
  • Perform market segmentation and targeting refinement across audience, channel and product to optimize conversion
  • Craft marketing copy specific to each channel, strategies across Treasure team, stakeholders and investors
  • Source and manage multiple vendors across paid social, content and PR


  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years of multi-channel B2B SaaS marketing experience; Fintech experience preferred
  • Proven track record developing and delivering multi-channel GTM strategies for new product launches that generate viral adoption
  • Demonstrated success building, delivering and exceeding targets for marketing campaigns, events, speaking engagements and Tier 1 PR campaigns 
  • Client-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated track record of discovering, communicating and iterating from key insights
  • Affinity for managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience owning marketing budgets and managing vendor contracts in alignment with company goals 
  • A desire to join a fast paced, investor funded, earlier stage start up 
  • Nice to have: Strong network of top tier agencies or freelance talent for outsourced projects
