InVision powers the product design workflow for more than 1,100 enterprise customers, ranging from 100 seats per company to 3,000 seats per company, with thousands of new users signing up every day.

The mission of a Director of Growth is to think about user acquisition, activation, retention and scale of team using the product. They work cross functionally with product management, design, engineering, data analytics and marketing to both define and execute on growth initiatives. They are obsessed with data and use it to make mindful decisions that produce impact on the business. The Director of Growth should understand and tie the business goals to each test and product release. This person should be an incredible communicator and collaborator.
