This is a key leadership role within the company that will drive product innovation and sustain the development of Casana’s revolutionary Heart Seat as we move toward commercialization.
Your team designs and builds the hardware that enables our innovative technology to arm physicians with consistent, reliable health data to transition from reactive care to preventative care. You will lead the design and engineering from the lowest levels of circuit design to large system design and see those systems through to manufacturing. Reporting to the Chief Research Officer, you will pull on your technical expertise as you lead development projects in multiple areas and across both mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines.
This position will be based in Rochester, NY.

Compensation:
Base salary range of $180,000 - $200,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Our compensation consists of base salary and equity as well as a generous benefits package.
