Shape Security is looking for a trusted advisor for all topics related to HR including Organizational Development, Culture Build Out, Employee Relations, Benefits, Compensation, Employee Engagement, Performance Management and more.
Specifically we are looking for an HR leader who has previous experience scaling growing start-ups and mature organizations in addition to the following:
Translate corporate strategy into business specific HR programs to drive the successful achievement of corporate goals.
Implement and coordinate Employee Relations initiatives that support the culture of the company.
Sponsor the development and evolution of the company’s core values.
Propose and drive plans to ensure the right people are in the right roles and in the right places globally.
Work with the Talent Acquisition leader and team to ensure the organization is staffed to support the growth of the company.
Manage employee performance review process and proposals.
Provide advice and oversee performance management situations.
HR SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES
Oversee employee data, documentation and HR systems.
Ensure processes are legally compliant and supportive of the needs of the business.
Oversee the collection of metrics related to HR and analyze the data to create opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Construct and manage the compensation programs and administration associated with compensation and equity.
Ensure benefits are managed and competitive.
