Customer Insights and Retail are two of the most vital departments within Rent the Runway as both of these teams live the number one core value daily by delivering “Cinderella experiences” to customers.
As the Director of Learning & Development, you will create and implement a strategic training program for our Customer Insights and Retail Teams. These departments encompass hundreds of employees who are on the front lines of our business and who assist our customers throughout the funnel from consideration to conversion to loyalty. Our front line teams are responsible for improving all stages of the customer experience from pre-order to post-order including education around our FAQ’s, advice on styling, and support on all post-order issues. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining strategic training initiatives in this high growth and entrepreneurial environment to be scaled across both departments. Additionally, you will support talent development by creating innovative approaches to retain and support our employees. This role reports directly to the GM of Retail and Customer Insights and will build and oversee a team that focuses on training and quality assurance.
