The Director of Marketing will be responsible for driving brand strategy, user acquisition and growth, and product marketing across the organization. This individual needs to be highly inventive and approach complex marketing challenges with a fresh perspective and out-of-the-box thinking. Quartet’s business model relies on engaging multiple stakeholders—health plans, hospital systems, individual behavioral health and primary care providers, and patients. As such, this person must be incredibly thoughtful around the messaging and the experience that we develop for diverse audiences. The Director of Marketing must be a strong leader, capable of directing a team that can not only deliver on our B2B marketing goals but also ensure our products reach our end-users so that we can deliver on our mission.
