fuboTV is a rapidly growing video streaming startup (backed by some of the world's largest media companies) that is reinventing live television for the cord cutting era.

Originally founded as a streaming Soccer service, we have grown to over 70,000 paying subscribers, and expanded our mission to providing the best live sports streaming experience on the planet.

Today we broadcast most NFL, MLB, NBA and NHL games, all important Soccer leagues, and a wide range of college and other sports. We also broadcast a wide variety of movies and entertainment including the entire FOX and NBC broadcast catalogs. fuboTV can be accessed on many different platforms, including web browsers, Android, iOS, tvOS, fireTV, AndroidTV, Roku and Chromecast.

Who we are looking for

FuboTV is seeking an SEM Director to lead the growth and development of all SEM initiatives for the company from our offices in NYC. You will have an entrepreneurial spirit and be a key thought leader in positioning our brand to the public.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop groundbreaking SEM strategies to maximize growth with clear CPA targets
  • Manage the Search and Display marketing team, as well as lead branding and hiring efforts
  • Oversee campaign strategy, development and execution
  • Monitor campaign performance and seek opportunities to optimize and enhance strategies
  • Transform data into insightful conclusions, provide POV recommendations to strengthen future campaign strategies
  • Analyze subscriber acquisition data to derive insights for cohort retention
  • Set high tempo testing goals to improve conversion rates, lower CPAs, increase quality scores and lower CPC/CPMs.
  • Work with Google and other vendors to stay on top of the latest SEM developments and innovative practices
  • Seek automation opportunities to scale the impact and reach of the SEM team
  • Lead and Collaborate in idea generation for ways to improve cross-channel marketing efforts


  • Minimum of 7+ years in search engine marketing experience, managing large scale campaigns and search organizations
  • Comprehensive understanding of SEM tools, DSPs, ad serving technologies, retargeting, and digital marketing
  • Analytical thinker
  • Detail-oriented and a strong project manager
  • Inspirational team player and entrepreneurial leader
  • Stellar communication skills
  • Passionate about all things digital


  • Experienced in mobile app marketing and app marketing platforms.
  • Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and/or French language.
  • Passionate about sports and are familiar with the target audience.
  • Comfortable working with Adobe Photoshop
  • Familiar with front end languages (HTML, CSS) and programming .
