You will own the overall strategy and development of all new product offerings at Snapdocs - that means bringing our first few product hypotheses to market and charting a path for how we can turn these new products into multi-million dollar product lines and then continue to expand our offering. You’ll hit the ground running by assessing market size, value of the opportunities and the go-to-market strategy. All of this will result in a more defensible and deeply valuable product for our customers. You’ll build and manage a team of talented Product Managers and, as a leader on the Product team, help us continue to refine how we operate and improve as an organization.
We’re looking for a well seasoned product leader with 10+ years of experience with 4+ of those years in a Director role where you have run all or major parts of the product organization. You have scaled and grown product organizations and have brought multiple successful products from 0 to 1. You have strong product leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire, communicate and coach product teams. You step outside the box with your founder's mentality and bring efficiency to teams with innovative new processes. You have experience adding structure when there is ambiguity and you excel at defining and clarifying goals. You are able to tie product strategy to business growth and you strive to intimately understand the customers you have worked with. You create strong cross-functional partnerships and are seen as a respected thought partner across organizations.
