Director of Operations

This is a rare opportunity to join the leadership team at a growing consumer startup with proven product market fit.

As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for driving strategy and leading the growing Operations organization. You will work closely with Product, Engineering and Business Development stakeholders to build out the team, processes and technology that enable Wikibuy to scale with our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive operations strategy
  • Define, prioritize, and execute operational initiatives
  • Oversee and manage broad functional teams to deliver business impact
  • Work closely with design and technology to deliver customer value and product performance
  • Oversee development of scalable systems and processes
  • Monitor, analyze, evolve the metrics that drive operations and customer experience
  • Mentor and develop the careers of the operations team members
  • Communicate with and influence every stakeholder in the company to drive operational performance

 

Requirements 

  • Experience in a top tier consulting firm, internet company or at a business with massive customer scale
  • Demonstrated success in creating and managing high performance teams
  • Strong analytical background in consulting, finance, or operations with advanced business modeling
  • BS, MS, or PhD
