We’re looking for a Director of Partnerships to manage our affiliate marketing team. As the Director of Partnerships at Thrive, you’ll be managing the Affiliate Marketing Associates who recruit ambassadors and run campaigns to grow our membership base. Our influencer promotions drive a third of Thrive’s monthly membership growth and are a market differentiator, bringing influencers from a variety of channels together to promote Thrive to new audiences. We’re looking for a strategic partnerships leader who can drive strong process and provide strategic guidance to Affiliate Associates. You’ll partner closely across multiple departments including content, acquisition marketing, CRM, finance and merchandising.
