Director of Revenue Marketing

We are looking for a Director of Revenue Marketing to play a key role in driving growth at Netacea. Reporting directly to SVP of Marketing, you will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of the demand generation plan that will support the growth objectives of our go-to-market strategy. You will oversee a small team responsible for developing and executing strategic demand generation initiatives that generate high intent leads and accelerate pipeline and revenue growth across our key verticals in EMEA and North America.

Location: Manchester or Remote working
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead our growth and expansion into key enterprise accounts and verticals across EMEA and North America by developing highly targeted campaigns.
  • Take the lead across all demand generation channels, including, paid search, paid social, SEO, trade events, webinars, prospecting nurtures, and organic social.
  • Continually optimise our digital channels for ongoing acquisition and awareness.
  • Build our growth marketing strategy and set targets to help marketing operate as a revenue-driving department.
  • Develop new and creative approaches for ads and key landing pages.
  • Work with the Senior Content Manager to ensure the creation of high-quality, engaging content that supports demand-generation efforts at every stage of the buyer's journey.
  • Bring creativity and experimentation to the role, fine-tuning campaigns and uncovering new and exciting opportunities to engage target accounts.
  • Collaborate with the team to evaluate and optimise the customer journey across all channels.
  • Develop plans to market through cyber communities and events, including executive roundtables, trade conferences and webinars.
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure suitable feedback loops are in place on HILs and account activity and that all teams are aligned on prospecting and campaign activity.
  • Work with product marketing to develop impactful GTM messaging for use across the website, content, paid search, paid social channels.
  • Evolve and maintain our ICP and help to maintain account tiers and target account lists.
  • Evaluate and engage outside vendors that help demand creation programs and drive demand generation efforts forward.
Requirements
  • 12 + years of senior marketing experience
  • Previously owned a pipeline and revenue number with demonstrated growth results.
  • Worked in a start-up or scale up before, marketing B2B enterprise software.
  • Expert at developing & executing results focused demand generation programmes.
  • Hands on experience of SEO, paid search and paid social channels.
  • Able to set and drive an all-bound strategy & hold the team accountable to great execution.
  • Awareness and strong understanding of ABM strategies and tactics.
  • Demonstrated analytical experience, specifically around program measurement.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing a team and senior executives.
Nice to Have
  • Experience marketing to a cyber security audience.
  • Experience with Hubspot, MetaData, UserGems, Wordpress and Reachdesk.
