THE TEAM:
The Sales Operations team is responsible for helping to improve sales strategy, methodology and approach, creating a more efficient and effective sales organization as a result. This role requires a keen understanding of the integrated functions within a sales organization and the ability to build and execute on programs that drive superior sales results. THE CHALLENGE:
You’ll collaborate in building out and scaling our Salesforce instance for a high growth Sales organization spanning four continents. You’ll succeed by working cross functionally to ensure tools and processes are optimized to meet the current business requirements. You’ll need to be a problem solver and leverage the resources at your disposal to continue to support and drive overall company initiatives.

THE ROLE:
The Director of Sales Operations will play a critical role on our sales management team. You will have great exposure to the Eventbrite Executive Team and help in shaping decision making with data analysis, recommendations and insights.

You will be responsible for leading a talented team in creating and analyzing reports detailing performance indicators, sales trends, retention trends and other sales data-related analysis, providing recommendations as appropriate. You will maintain ownership of Salesforce.com and all other sales and customer management tools as well as align the tools to meet the sales and retention/renewals processes. You must be able to prioritize work and effectively support a high growing business on both the acquisition and retention sides in four continents with multiple demands. You will be the subject matter expert to other departments on sales data, sales process, renewals data, retention analysis, pricing, operations and management topics.
