Director of Technical Account Management - Netherlands

What you’ll do:

  • Working closely with our customers to:
    • Demo
    • Deploy
    • Operationalize and extend the Tanium platform
    • Solve problems
    • Build new technology (R&D)
  • Expected to travel 40% of the time on average

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Education
    • BS/BA or higher level degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred
  • Experience
    • Significant experience in technical positions required
    • Experience in customer-facing or customer support positions required
    • A demonstrated track record of taking ownership of complex initiatives and producing successful outcomes required
    • Considerable operational experience in endpoint operations or endpoint security
    • Demonstrated aptitude in one or more programming languages
    • Astute written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to consistently and cogently address our customers' needs
    • Thriving in a team-oriented culture, able to deliver a significant individual contribution while collaborating with and strengthening teammates
    • Broad knowledge across several technical domains, coupled with deep knowledge in one or more of the following: endpoint security, systems management, system administration, software engineering, or incident response
    • Critical thinking, spanning the sales process through customer support, troubleshooting, and developing new capabilities on the Tanium platform
