We’re seeking an experienced Director of Video to lead our digital video team. Our video department shoots and edits a range of food and lifestyle content designed to educate and engage our members. The Director of Video will head up creative on DIY, fitness, and food content in addition to contracting with external production companies when needed. The scope of the work will range from short-form video content optimized for social media to docu-style series about our Thrive Gives initiative. Your job will be to work closely with our in-house content editors, photo team, and designers to create video content that engages audiences with the Thrive Brand. The essence of what we’re trying to do is storytelling, and our Director of Video will be empowered to experiment to find effective and compelling ways to build our audience.
