As dentsu builds out products to support Addressable Media, there is a need to work with the ad-tech/mar-tech ecosystem to build proprietary solutions applying the Merkury identity to support the end-to-end media workflow with our partners. From working with CDPs, to collaborating with internal denstu partners and product teams, the Director, Partner Solutions will facilitate and help operationalize connections to our partners.

You will solution integrations with our strategic CDP partners and internal dentsu products. You will understand and solution based on existing product suite capabilities, and understand future partner needs to inform development roadmaps. Working with team members and partner alliance teams, you will guide Merkury product adoption and scale on behalf of the dentsu Media client base. You will also help with technical implementations of integrations. You will report to the VP of Products. This is a remote role.

Responsibilities and Skills for success

  • You will create technical partnership integrations across a broad user base to support the Merkury Product suite of tools
  • You will support the technology and product process by gathering and prioritizing projects across partners for inclusion on roadmaps
  • You will understand the platforms supported by Dentsu Product - provide perspective on the value it is driving; promote correlations/comparisons between the platform and competitors
  • You will communicate with all levels within the organization and with current/prospective partners; communication 'sphere' is wide and deep across and outside of our team
  • You will translate solution strategy to others so that they understand their work in goals and strategic plans
  • You will be viewed as a subject matter expert
  • 4+ years of experience working with CDPs or client data management systems either directly or on behalf of clients
  • Comfortable speaking to and implementing multiple file and data transfer methods, including RESTful APIs
  • Snowflake/SQL knowledge
  • Experience with digital integrations across multiple technology vendors
  • Familiarity with defining solutions based on client requirements and evaluating levels of effort within current product capabilities
  • Experience working with engineering teams to lead technical solutions and be the translation layer between partners and technical teams
  • Experience working with Agile framework for product development lifecycle
  • Experience with Identity solutions

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
