We are seeking a selfless, curious, and courageous leader who is skilled at leading across domains to join our lean payments team and contribute along with other senior members of our Payments leadership group. You will be the ambassador for Netflix in the consumer payments space across the region. You will have the opportunity to create and lead the payments strategy for all EMEA, be an advocate and ally for your team of regional experts and be part of a highly cross-functional, global team. This is a high visibility position which will report to the Vice President, Payments.

- is passionate about payments, from talking about approval rates and decline codes to scheme rules. You and your team are responsible for key payment metrics for your markets and derive actionable insights all in the name of improving the customer experience and business growth.
Qualifications: The ideal candidates must be highly analytical and a strong, proactive communicator with 10+ years experience managing very large Card Not Present (CNP) and/or recurring payments to scale and a history of successfully launching and scaling payments products with consumer-facing platforms. It is critical that the candidate has a long-term strategic mindset and clarity of thought in devising the overall payments strategy in the region. Ability to juggle multiple critical tasks.
