We are looking for a seasoned Director of Product Marketing to lead a team of strong growth and product marketers to build the future of LinkedIn Premium (one of the largest consumer subscription businesses in the world). You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping both product strategy and business decisions through member research, cross-functional partnerships, and strong acquisition programs. This is an ideal role for someone who is equally creative and insights-driven, a strong people leader and collaborator, and has a track record of driving impact.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and nurture a team of high-performing growth and product marketers
  • Work cross-functionally with product management, business operations, engineering, design, and data science to build products and shape business strategy that change the trajectory of the business
  • Help drive product strategy by developing qualitative and quantitative audience expertise
  • Scale marketing campaigns that deliver over $100M / year of revenue

     

Basic Qualifications

  • 12+ years of marketing experience

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience managing high-performing individuals
  • Experience in consumer marketing with a focus in product marketing and/or growth marketing
  • Highly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit; able to drive projects from ideas through execution; build strong internal relationships; and build consensus and alignment on critical initiatives
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritizing resources based on business impact
  • Strong analytical thinker and experience in data-driven marketing
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Experience using customer insights to improve the product experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well cross-functionally with both analytical and creative teams
