We're currently recruiting for a talented and passionate Duty Manager to join us at Hale Country Club and Spa, Cheshire's premier health spa. We are looking for a team player who has a proven track record in team motivation and performance optimisation. The Duty Manager's role is to ensure that we continue to deliver excellent customer service to our 5000+ members.

The Duty Manager will maintain a professional profile across the Club, working well on a professional level with the team. The candidate will work directly with staff in training and setting goals to consistently work towards raising quality standards. They will also adhere to all appropriate processes, statutory requirements and resources associated with the delivery of the service offering.

  • To make cost effective decisions and take complete ownership of all aspects of the business
  • To ensure the club is run in accordance with all statutory health and safety legislation and guidance from the environmental health office
  • Managing the training of all staff members in your tutelage
  • Leading the development of new service offerings and customer interaction
