About the role
As Email Designer you will be responsible for collaborating with the CRM team and other members of the design team to create engaging designs, driving sales and promoting the Buyagift and Red Letter Days brands.
You will sit within the Marketing department, reporting into the Design Manager. The role will be predominantly working alongside the wider Design team, and CRM team.
We are looking for a talented Email Designer with established skills in designing for CRM and email marketing. You must have proven experience within an e-commerce environment and the ability to both design and code responsive HTML emails. Although your role will primarily be designing for email communications, you will be called on to create graphics for social media, assist with website updates, wider campaign assets, occasionally designing and building landing pages, and other ad-hoc design tasks. There is scope to grow and enhance your skillset through this role, and a ‘can do’ attitude is essential! Experience with testing and optimisation would also be advantageous.

As a CRM Designer we'll count on you to bring creativity and innovation to every job you work on. Working alongside our website and IT team, you will be responsible for creating engaging design across a wide spectrum of digital and print mediums.
About the eCommerce Team
The eCommerce Team is a team of trade planners, website merchandisers, web designers, and conversion optimisation specialists. Together they are accountable for ensuring the delivery of B2C sales and conversion targets with budgeted spend constraints. The team co-ordinates across many different areas of the business, including online marketing and acquisition, buying, and IT.
