In this unique role, you'll manage our email and online marketing initiatives. You will create, launch and monitor campaigns to increase customer acquisition, engagement and retention, and have the opportunity to experiment with all digital channels to drive growth. You'll also have exposure to our end-to-end customer lifecycle and work cross-functionally with designers, analysts, inside sales specialists, and engineers to drive growth. Your day-to-day will involve working closely with the rest of our Creative and Marketing teams, while reporting to the Director of Marketing, as you help to improve acquisition costs, increase customer lifetime value, develop campaigns, and track and forecast monthly revenue for SquareTrade’s direct-to-consumer business.
