Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine Physician

  • Be on the front lines completing tele-consults and urgent care house calls, ensuring an excellent and consistent patient experience through team based care
  • Make follow-up calls to patients recently seen by practice
  • Assist with provider recruiting and screening, to help grow our physician network and make sure that it is composed of top tier clinicians who reflect our mission and values
  • Help improve provider training, making sure that providers are quickly and effectively brought up to speed to deliver an outstanding patient experience
  • Assist with quality assurance including chart reviews and assessing patient feedback
  • Work hand in hand with Operations, Product Development, and User Experience to improve on our systems and processes

  • Can seamlessly shift from the clinical ‘day to day’ to designing and improving new processes and systems
  • Passion for making healthcare better - more accessible, higher quality, and more efficient


  • MD or DO
  • American Board of Medical Specialties approved Board Certification and NY Licensed
  • Emergency or Family medicine residency
  • 2+ years clinical experience providing clinical care to patients
