We are looking for an Employee Relations Manager to join our HR Ops team that provides relationship management, execution services, tools and insights to employees, managers and internal teams. Our aim is to create supportive, high integrity experiences for our people throughout their journey at the company. You will play a critical role in delivering that experience through 1:1 interactions as well as informing the way we grow through best practices and resources that have impact across a scaling business.
While we are embracing a remote-flexible work week, employees are expected to be within commuting distance of an office. The frequency of in-office days will be determined on a team-by-team basis closer to the reopening of our offices.
