NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for an ENDUR Project Manager to work a hybrid model in Houston with our global client. 

 

As an Endur Project Manager you will be responsible for the management and development of project plans and meeting the business objectives of an organization in a timely manner.

 

Joining at the start of this ambitious program, you will work with business and IT stakeholders to define the initial deployment plan, including the scope and schedule to guide the project from beginning to end. You will lead all aspects of a project including development, planning, strategy, implementation, risk mitigation, change management, communication with key stakeholders, and assessment. You will also ensure that the project deliverables match the objectives of the client, secure the resources within the budget of the project, and oversee its execution within the agreed project timeline.

 

You will need to have both a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, an analytical/logical thinker, and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and presentation skills.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all aspects of the project lifecycle adhering to the organization’s Project Delivery Framework (PDF) methodology
  • Drive and manage scope and design for the project plan, including building a list of deliverables as defined by the Decision Review Board and Program Manager
  • Lead the project strategy and in building a team of skilled and experienced members per the project requirements
  • Build relationships with key client stakeholders, develop a deep understanding of their priorities, keep them informed and manage expectations
  • Manage the execution of the project to ensure high quality deliverables, efficient use of resources, keep costs within budget, and timely completion of project goals and task:
  • Monitor project progress by collecting data from team members, leverage strong analytical skills, and communicate with key stakeholders by providing impactful progress reports to senior leaders, workstream leaders, and client executives
  • Manage and report risks in a timely fashion during all stages of project development including assessing the risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impacts of various solution options and processes
  • Coach, support and mentor the project team, especially after setbacks with the aim to recover performance
  • Understanding changes necessary to balance execution with risk mitigation, value delivery, cost, quality, and benefits while generating innovative approaches to challenges to the critical path to keep the project moving forward

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of successfully leading end-to-end project lifecycle delivery for large enterprise IT projects
  • ETRM/Endur project experience is essential
  • ETRM and/or Endur application skills are essential
  • Demonstrable stakeholder management skills, working effectively with stakeholders at different levels in the organization
  • Strong Agile project delivery skills
  • Strong Microsoft Azure DevOps skills
  • Experience with Project Delivery Framework is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership, governance, communication, analytical, and change management skills are essential

Education and Bonus Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
  • MBA a plus
  • Prior experience in Trading & Supply is a plus
