Sprinklr is seeking a Professional Services Engagement Manager to team with internal sales, services and partner teams to effectively cultivate customer relationships and drive new business in prospective accounts. You will be responsible for the entire services sales cycle including, identifying new opportunities, building rapport and educating customer, tracking/proposing/scoping and closing the deal. The ability to maintain client relationships is key.
The candidate will need to possess the ability to sell complete solution offerings that clearly fit into customer’s business requirements to solve their current pain points. The role is highly entrepreneurial and is directly responsible for determining the most effective strategy by which to drive the acquisition through a consultative selling process.
