We're looking for a Patient Engagement Product Manager (PM) who wants to create an affordable path to last-mile healthcare, helping people who can't make it to the doctor or lab still get the care they need, regardless of health reasons, cost, or a lack of time.

About the Role
We are growing our Patient Engagement team, and we are looking for someone who can help us build a world-class platform for identifying, engaging, and activating patients who would benefit from our at-home clinical services. This role will report to a Senior Product Manager in our Product organization, which rolls up directly to the CEO. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy to build trust and value with our patient community and position Sprinter Health to be the clear go-to voice within the at-home care space
  • Partner closely with the executive team to define the end-to-end patient user experience, including conceptualization, validation, and execution
  • Partner with clinical operations, marketing, engineering, and design teams to develop a holistic patient strategy and roadmap that drives long-term engagement of patient communities in line with our business model
  • Define patient acquisition & engagement KPIs to align and focus development goals and team collaboration across product, engineering, design, and marketing 
  • Author high-quality, innovative product and design specifications within an agile methodology
  • Lead problem definition with stakeholders and facilitate ideation in partnership with design and engineering and help guide scope and tradeoff definition
  • Work with medical staff, engineers, and lawyers to ensure a high level of service quality, safety, security, and compliance

About You:

  • You love our mission and want to be part of a team laser-focused on changing healthcare to be patient-centric, starting with bringing care directly to them
  • You have 2+ years of Product Management experience
  • You have 2+ years experience working on engaging and activating patients 
  • You’re self-driven and can take ideas from 0 to 1
  • You build strong partnerships with engineers, designers, and operators
  • You have strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to monitor, analyze and measure experiment results
  • You know the value of helping others around you get better every day
  • You can simplify complex ideas into clear and convincing communications
  • You are ready to accept ping pong and cornhole challenges for the title of Sprinter games champion =)

The base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $170,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity or benefits.
