What You Will Accomplish

  • Your main role is to keep engineering teams productive and the engineers happy. You will ensure that we are shipping high-quality products to our customers.
  • You will be responsible for building teams by playing a central role in hiring.

Talents You Bring to the Team

  • You are passionate about management and engineering.
  • You understand and plan for the organizational implications of serving hundreds of millions of users. You can make sound decisions based on established patterns.
  • You have prior experience in building high-performing teams and are focused on getting results.
  • You are able to catalyze team members’ potential and help them develop.
  • You have broad technical exposure and the ability to dig deep when needed on specific projects.
  • Relatively recent experience as an engineer and a CS degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with good spoken and written English.
  • Experience running projects and applying agile methodologies and ideas.
  • Prior startup experience would be a plus.
  • Experience working with scalable platforms or applications serving massive audiences would be a great asset.
