Hired is looking for a passionate engineering visionary to lead 3 functional engineering teams tasked with building our next generation of products. We look for leaders who are entrepreneurial, unstoppable, high-integrity, empathetic, and obsess about our customers. You will live to create stellar user experiences with a deep involvement in our overall product strategy. Our platform is truly changing the way candidates find jobs and how hiring teams engage with that talent. This is an opportunity to take our existing engineering organization and our already awesome product to the next level as we scale our global platform for millions of users across the globe.  Our goal is to find everyone a job they love and that starts with our technology.


  • Lead and effectively work with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, designers and marketing to build rapport, keep colleagues on task, and produce results that consistently exceed expectations.
  • You wear all of the hats! Anything from running lead on a technical project to helping an engineer diagnose and debug a problem.
  • In this role, you are still expected to be hands on and in the code:
    • Lead design discussions
    • Perform code reviews
    • Conduct technical interviews
    • Own implementation of part of the roadmap
  • Guide and mentor a team of Engineers
  • Just getting S**t done!


  • 6+ years of experience in an engineering function
  • 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
  • Exemplary communication and people leadership skills
  • Proven ability to recruit, hire, train, and aggressively grow organizations
  • Solid technical aptitude
  • A data driven approach to decision making and problem solving



  • BS or higher in Computer Science
  • Past experience managing Growth teams
