Enterprise Account Executive

Your Opportunity

The Enterprise Account Executive will focus on developing their customer base, selling solutions to new and existing key and strategic customers through face-to-face contact either directly or through partners, and proactively managing accounts within the territory.

What You’ll Do

  • You have the authoritative business and financial acuity to translate customer requirements into meaningful business recommendations
  • You thrive in multifaceted, constantly evolving entrepreneurial environments
  • You move fluidly from critical thinking to detailed execution.
  • Able to lead or enlist the support of others in the absence of formal authority
  • Develop and implement Strategic account plans and approaches in line with the overall strategy formulated by the VP of Key Accounts standards
  • Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical achievements for a one and three-year period
  • Build Sales Campaigns into large accounts and closely coordinates company executive involvement with customer management
  • Identify and qualify leads, and generate new business opportunities in order to achieve revenue quota on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of at least 3x revenue target
  • Establish and maintain a productive, professional relationship with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Maintain high level, executive contact with accounts, focusing on the establishment and maintenance of C-level strategic relationships
  • Demonstrate ability to engage CXO level within an organization and present organizations offerings
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to share information and obtain prospects
  • Meet in the Channel strategy with VARS, SI and Technology Alliance partners.

Your Qualifications

  • 8+ years’ sales experience with a minimum of 5 years in the software industry.
  • 5+ demonstrated success in net new software sales at the enterprise level; selling six-and-seven figure deals and leading an integrated selling team
  • Deep understanding of the performance management or analytics industry, products, competitors, history, emerging trends and changing marketplace
  • Excellent communication skills, persuasive, listening skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
