About the role

As an Enterprise SDR, you will be responsible for accelerating Grovo’s sales momentum and growing a sales team from the ground up. This position will report to our Manager of Enterprise Sales Development at our NYC headquarters. Enterprise SDRs are expected to engage our Marketing-driven leads and convert them to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). An ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, high-energy and previous sales or client facing experience.

Essential Functions

  • Exceed monthly/quarterly Sales Qualified Lead
  • Strategize with top-producing Enterprise Account Executives and Sales Managers to improve performance and processes
  • Initiate conversations with potential client via phone and email outreach
  • Be an active member of the team by sharing learnings
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects

Professional Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience, in a sales or client-facing position
  • Undergraduate degree from a top university
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience selling complex systems or products
  • Experience selling SaaS products (preferred)
  • and Google Apps (preferred)
