EU Content Developer (m/f/d)

Wayfair is currently looking for a strong Content Developer to help execute the creation of the EU internal and external content for Wayfair. This person plays a key role in supporting customers by creating high-quality, user-centered content for both Service operations end users and customers. In this role, you will work in a team, supporting the content manager and interfacing with various stakeholders to deliver high quality content and solutions that enable fast resolution of customer needs while ensuring consistency of voice and communication quality across multiple languages. The person must have experience in global content development across multiple markets and a passion for providing exceptional customer experience through clear content for internal and external audiences.

What You’ll Do:

Work on content projects from conception to delivery, in collaboration with stakeholders such as Training, Instructional Designers, Change Management and business process owners.
Develop internal content for process changes and new processes.
Create and manage email templates
Create and manage Help Center content
Produce valuable data analytics to evaluate the quality and usage of content to help drive key business decisions and future planning.
Write best-in-class content for internal and external customers following style guide and Wayfair voice.

What You’ll Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Information Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience working in service content for world-class organizations.
Experience working as part of a global team supporting multiple languages including globalization for translation, terminology databases and management, and other world-ready approaches.
Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
Self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced workflow, is collaborative, positive, and enthusiastic.
Project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional discussions and to effectively scope and deliver projects under tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with HTML, XML, DITA, and content management systems (CMS).
Ability to travel to Wayfair sites globally.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are required. German preferred but not required.
