Event Specialist

Event Specialist (Bangkok) 

(1 Year Fixed Term Contract)

The Event Specialist's role is to support the overall delivery of a series of live events. Your work will include driving event production excellence through the management of venues, technical production, experiential programs, registration, creative coordination and event logistics.

Role: 

• Support in all aspects of event & experience management and production, from content and program development, design, AV production, vendor management, logistics, invitations, sponsorships, promotions and more. 
• Support in achieving project timelines, action items/ deliverables, and budgets throughout all projects and events.
• Oversee smooth event execution, managing technical setups, audio-visual equipment, and special arrangements.
• Be the on-the-ground champion, providing unwavering support to attendees and tackling unforeseen challenges.
• Conduct post-event surveys and deliver comprehensive reports analysing success metrics, engagement levels, and areas for improvement.

You:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience in all facets of event management from an event agency 
• Good experience in event project management: manage, plan, organise and execute a wide range of successful events from inception to completion, within budget. 
• Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail with the ability to oversee multiple events concurrently in a timely and accurate manner, on budget 
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with agencies, colleagues and suppliers.
• International event management experience

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in Thai.
