About the Role 

Drift is looking for an Executive Assistant to help manage complex projects and support our high-performing team. In this role, you will have an opportunity to partner with Drift’s leadership, to coordinate directly with customers, candidates, and employees and to optimize the team’s efficiency and organization. This role will be the direct support for two C Suite executives, as well as a key player in West Coast Office operations. To be successful in this role, you must be adaptable and a true team player. 

Within one Month, You will accomplish: 

  • Proactive calendar management for two C Suite executives
  • Coordinate and facilitate logistics for internal and external meetings, including note taking and action item follow through 
  • Understand the priorities of your executives in order to best leverage their time

Within one Quarter, You will accomplish: 

  • Make high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company
  • Vision, plan and execute Marketing & Product team events throughout the year, such as Kickoff & Offsites
  • Manage team and executive expenses and partner closely with Finance on budgetary considerations
  • Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
  • Assist with strategic planning and goals, including project coordination

Within one Year, You will accomplish: 

  • Conduct independent research, reviews and analysis with respect to Marketing and Product team initiatives, delivering insights to the CMO/CPO
  • Oversee San Francisco Office Operations and help facilitate re-opening
  • Assist in coordination and alignment of all West Coast Office Operations
  • Plan seamless end-to-end travel itineraries, both domestic and international 
  • Embody Drift’s leadership principles and the goals of your leaders when engaging with internal and external stakeholders

Attributes for Success

  • 3-5 years experience supporting senior leadership or similar administrative experience
  • Ability to swiftly handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature
  • Strong judgment and analytical skills
  • Experience working with customers, vendors, visitors, and other dignitaries
  • Strong communication skills and propensity to collaborate cross functionally
  • Talent for multi-tasking, managing up and leading by example 
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Keen attention to detail and knack for prioritization 
  • Self-starter, with extreme ownership and GSD mentality
  • Comfort with little managerial oversight
  • Life long learner, with yearning to make an impact
