Patreon is hiring an expert to bring calendar organization to our CEO and VP of Operations. We are looking for an individual to support two senior executives through scheduling, business travel, and greeting executive visitors, etc. You will play an integral role by providing the infrastructure Patreon needs to thrive as a company by supporting our CEO and VP of Ops day-to-day. You will leverage your multitasking skills and prioritize hundreds of requests, emails and projects. You always follow-up and never drop the ball. You are a fast learner with an extreme attention to detail.

What you would do:

  • Manage calendar events for the CEO and VP of Operations through Google calendar
  • Proactively remind the CEO and VP of Operations of their scheduled events and generally keep them on track day to day, hour to hour
  • Book all executive travel and prioritize press interviews, speaking engagements, event requests, etc.
  • Coordinate all off-sites for the executive team
  • Proactively improve systems around executive office management
  • Streamline communication between team members and external contacts
  • Welcome guests of the CEO and VP of Ops by greeting them and giving them office tours
  • Organize and curate meeting materials, contact lists, account information, priorities lists, communications and other administrative tasks
  • Assist with candidate sourcing, management and communication on the CEO’s behalf
  • Maintain, organize and code receipts, expenses, and reimbursements
  • Assist with outside boards and other important relationship organization and logistics
  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative projects and business operations special projects
