This Executive Assistant position will be reporting directly to our Chief Financial Officer, as well as providing support for other members of Yext’s G&A Leadership team. Your responsibilities will include scheduling for executive calendars, travel logistics, meeting planning and coordination, and communication with a wide variety of internal and external contacts at all levels. You will also assist with the development and effective communication of key financial/strategic messages to various analysts and investors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day needs of the CFO and heads of the G&A department so they are well informed, prepared and organized for all internal and external meetings and events
  • Extensive individual and team calendar management and light travel arrangements
  • Assist with the VP of IR in preparation of investor materials, including drafting written and/or or visual content for investor presentations, press releases and scripts
  • Assist with the preparation for quarterly financial results conference calls, including call logistics, script, Q&A and post reporting of participation
  • Prepare and maintain Board of Director materials and scheduling of appropriate Board meetings
  • Prepare market and competitive updates for the CFO or VP of IR

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • 15+ years of related experience supporting C-level executives
  • Must be detail and results-oriented with an ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment
  • Ability to evaluate priorities and multi-task accordingly, while keeping others apprised of status with respect to deadlines
  • Ability to identify problems and discrepancies, independently perform research and analysis of causes, and recommend corrective actions
  • Excellent written and formal presentation skills
