Experienced Brand Marketer

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven brand marketer to join our demand generation team who understands how to turn insights into narrative and is truly passionate about connecting people through storytelling and activation. In this role, you will bring the Blend brand to life through well-planned and executed brand-focused campaigns to introduce and educate our core audiences and drive consideration and brand love across Blend product suites. The ideal candidate is an innovative, self-starting marketer, with a strong digital and general marketing background and strength in brand management, skilled at working in partnership with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized, high value experiences at scale.

 

How you'll contribute: 

  • Strategize and develop brand campaigns and program plans that focus on highlighting Blend’s thought leadership views and market leading position as key differentiators. You will be strategic in identifying opportunities to build brand awareness within our key personas to establish and deepen relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Partners cross functionally with sales, product, product marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, design, brand, field marketing and other teams to design multi-channel communication strategies for our target audience—which includes executives, administrators, and a variety of users and decision makers.
  • Lead the development of brand-focused programs and campaigns from ideation to execution that are compelling, creative and data-driven to deliver the right messages via the right channels to the on-target audience.
  • Measure and manage KPIs and reporting for meeting and exceeding industry benchmarks—leveraging data-driven techniques to optimize all marketing programs throughout its lifecycle.

 

Who you are: 

  • 4-5 years owning and managing marketing programs, preferably in a B2B environment
  • 2-3 years in brand or editorial content-related role on a marketing team at a brand-forward company
  • Strong visual sense backed by deeply creative thinking
  • Ability to create unique brand stories and storytelling moments that elevate the Blend brand and illustrate its position as the market leader
  • Experience building out new programs that support the brand and what it stands for
  • Ambitious self-starter with strong ownership attitude and demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done
  • A genuine passion for thoughtful and engaging campaign design and a focus on end-to-end execution
  • Ability to develop and manage comprehensive project timelines and budgets to support all initiatives
  • Highly creative with the ability to innovate new ways to generate interest and excitement among targeted audiences.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
