Opportunity Overview:
ZeroFox seeks a Field and Partner Marketing Manager to join our team. This person will strategically plan and execute field-facing marketing activities, campaigns and programming for a dedicated region in North America.  This role will report directly to the Sr. Field and Partner Marketing Manager and will work closely with the demand marketing team, sales organization, and channel partners to support account-based demand generation programs.  A successful candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, and is motivated by contributing to overall go-to-market planning and execution of flawless marketing experiences.

Role and responsibilities

  • Play a key role in strategic decision making and discretion for a six-month event and campaign selection and planning timeline, supporting corporate goals, priorities and messaging
  • Adapt marketing programs for channel partner inclusion; identify co-marketing opportunities to grow the partner ecosystem
  • Project manage event and campaign timelines and logistics (including staffing, swag, shipping, etc.) ensuring every aspect of field events and campaigns are well organized and delivered on time and within budget
  • Define a region-specific marketing plan that supports the regional sales strategy, including increasing brand awareness locally/regionally, and driving leads and MQLs for your sales region
  • Deliver end-to-end marketing initiatives to create, expand and accelerate regional sales opportunities including but not limited to: field/live events, partner programs, webinars, ABM campaigns, and other programming
  • Analyze results of campaigns to make recommendations for future activity (KPI’s, budgets, ROI, planning, etc.)

Required qualifications and skills

  • Experience in relevant B2B marketing initiatives, typically obtained in 3-5 years (cybersecurity and/or channel partner experience is a plus!)
  • Strong written and verbal communication to effectively engage with Sales, the Partner Community, and other members of the Marketing organization
  • Proven experience working interdepartmentally, specifically with Creative, Product, and Demand Generation teams
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter; ability to work autonomously and collaborate with team members and partners remotely where required
  • Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Google Suite is a must; experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach and / or 6Sense is a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

  • This role is based out of our office in Baltimore, MD (hybrid)
  • This role requires occasional work on nights and weekends as needed.
