THE ROLE:

Code42 is hiring for a Field Marketing Manager – West Region. This person will be creating and creatively driving demand with CISOs and security decision-makers in Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts. Essentially, you’ll be the CMO of your region executing on fully integrated campaigns that help the sales team exceed their goals. You will partner closely with our field sales teams to support, deliver and accelerate pipeline and closed won opportunities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Defining and implementing quarterly region-specific marketing plan at all stages of the funnel, including integrated online campaigns, local chapters/communities, account based marketing plays, seminars and events, webinars and email campaigns
  • Managing and executing demand creation and lead generation activities to develop qualified sales leads and create brand awareness as well as develop programs to accelerate existing pipeline like email marketing, direct mail and digital
  • Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of these programs and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Developing and repurposing marketing content in support of regional sales managers and sales reps as needed by using corporate and product messaging. 
  • Building and maintaining ongoing transparent communications with the regional sales directors, field marketing peers and greater marketing team. 
  • Collaborating closely with the other field marketing managers on best practices to leverage across regions.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience marketing and/or selling to security/technology 
  • Understanding of Salesforce.com, ABM technologies, marketing automation platforms, DiscoverOrg and Linkedin Sales Navigator
  • Experience collaborating and working with regionally dispersed teams and coworkers 
  • Experience working in sales or directly with sales for 3+ years 
  • Highly organized with problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal, project management and decision making skills
  • Ability to take initiative, be creative, efficient and productive with minimal supervision or guidance
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
  • Positive, high-energy, team-focused attitude
  • Data driven with analytical outlook 
  • Quick learner, capable of multitasking and working well under pressure
  • Excellent communicator, passionate and innovative thinker with great interpersonal skills
