Rubrik is looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Field Marketing Specialist for the EMEA region. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Marketing Team, assisting with the success of all events across the theatre.

The ideal candidate approaches marketing with curiosity, attention to detail, and a drive to produce and measure results. This role requires initiative, a collaborative style, and strong project management skills. You will be exposed to all aspects of Marketing and will have the opportunity to learn and grow with the company. 

Where you can make an impact:

  • Assist the EMEA Field Marketing Team with coordination and execution of virtual and live events, including but not limited to, invite and landing page creation, Salesforce campaign creation, registration reporting, sales team communication and lead follow up coordination.

  • Project-manage a variety of events and projects across timelines, teams, regions and vendors while maintaining a calendar to ensure all events are documented and communicated to internal teams.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team on data entry, list management, lead follow up, and reporting using MarTech such as Salesforce, Workfront, and Splash.

  • Manage a roll-up budget across a variety of contracts and vendors, ensuring POs are created and invoices submitted for Field Marketing activities.

  • Act as the go-to for writing and reviewing promotional copy for EMEA, ensuring accuracy and creativity across a variety formats such as landing pages, emails, and social media.

  • Leverage feedback from internal teams and data from platforms like Salesforce and Tableau to measure impact, ensure ROI, and continually refine and improve processes and programs.


Ideal background:

  • A minimum of 1-2+ years’ marketing-related experience. Event planning/execution experience is a plus.

  • Organised, detail-oriented and highly motivated, with project management experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Superior communication skills and command of written and spoken English; ability to write compelling promotional copy. 


  • Highly reliable and accountable to achieve deadlines, working with multiple team members across different departments, while managing multiple projects.

  • Must be a self-starter, not afraid to ask questions.

  • Degree-level desired.

  • When able, willingness to travel to various locations for events up to 15%.
